Join us as our new Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join us and help drive sustainable digital change within Novonesis. You will work closely with various parts of Novonesis business and be responsible for delivering projects and programs that meet the needs of the business incorporate the right features and integrate into the overall IT landscape.

Part of the IT PMO in Novonesis

You will become part of a team of specialists within portfolio and project management. As our new colleague you will help strengthen our practice around project execution and ensure the right people are involved at the right time. You will contribute with your knowledge and experience to improve the way we work help drive our Project Management Community of Practice and mentor / coach other colleagues managing projects.

In this role you will make an impact by

Being a proficient facilitator responsible for implementing necessary changes in the business and optimizing value through IT and transition projects. The projects are driven by business needs and require engagement across the entire organization both horizontally and vertically. Strong interpersonal capabilities are imperative for success in this role. Effective stakeholder management is crucial in both IT and Line of Business. You will serve as the liaison between IT and Business and interact with staff and management at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of projects in line with our Project Model Project Management Framework and best practices
• Manage the project backlog and ensure clear agreements with teams
• Define obtain approval and control the project budget
• SteerCo alignment on goals and solution space status reporting and continuous engagement to ensure that the effort spent balance with the value created

To succeed you must hold

• At least 5 years of experience with project management and a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects from idea to a value adding IT / digital solution
• A strong project management toolbox combined with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish a high level of trust build rapport and succeed with others.
• Understanding of various delivery models and when to use what
• An ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• IT understanding or knowledge and experience from IT organisation in an international company or a consultancy firm delivering within the digital space is required.
• Strong English communication skills - written spoken and in presentations.
