Job Description:
As the first platform hire you will design and own the entire cloud-native infrastructure powering Magentics AI agents. You will build multi-tenant multi-cloud systems from scratch ensuring enterprise-grade security and observability for global manufacturing customers. This is a high-impact role shaping the technical backbone of a $3tn market solution.

What you will do:

• Architect and manage production Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native backbones across both AWS and Azure environments.

• Implement robust IaC and GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure automated and observable software delivery for AI agent workers.

• Lead security and compliance initiatives including SOC2 and identity federation to meet the rigorous demands of enterprise manufacturing clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building and operating production-scale infrastructure using Terraform Pulumi and container orchestration in fast-paced startup environments.

• Deep mastery of Azure or AWS with the versatility to manage multi-cloud deployments and complex networking requirements.

• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to translate loosely defined problems into production-ready architectures in days or weeks not months.
