You will own and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers driving month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share. By managing relationships with resellers and vintage stores youll bridge the gap between global supply and demand. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build AI-powered workflows that scale high-quality account management.

What you will do:

• Manage a customer book in the 515k monthly spend range driving 1020% month-on-month growth through proactive engagement and supplier recommendations.

• Build and implement AI-first workflows and automated tools to scale account management efficiency while maintaining personalized customer relationships.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to translate customer pain points into platform improvements and win back lapsed accounts.

The ideal candidate:

• Brings 2 years of commercial or account management experience preferably in early-stage startups with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.

• Possesses an AI-first mindset with recent experience building automated workflows or implementing AI tools to improve operational systems and processes.

• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit thriving in ambiguous environments and maintaining high energy when solving complex supply chain challenges.
