Role: Construction Project Manager
Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Project Management Engineering or a related field; minimum 3 years experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence.
Location:South Dublin based office Greater Dublin based sites
Salary:80000 - 95000

- Comprehensive Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed to the highest quality on schedule and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Create detailed project plans including timelines budget forecasts and resource allocation strategies.
- Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and guide site teams effectively delegating responsibilities to achieve project goals.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Build strong working relationships with directors architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
- Financial Oversight: Track project budgets closely address discrepancies promptly and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
- Digital Tools and Reporting: Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows track finances and ensure regulatory compliance.
