Aufgaben:
- Produktportfolio-Überwachung und Ergänzung nach Markterfordernissen in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Produktmanagement
- Ausarbeitung Formulierung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsaufträgen
- Erstellung von Marktlastenheften auf Basis von Wettbewerbs- und Marktbetrachtungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Produktlasten- und -pflichtenheften
- Aktive Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung marktrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Support des Continuation Managements bei Pflege und Verwaltung von Teilen des aktuellen Produktprogrammes
- Unterstützung des Produkt Marketing Managers bei Markteinführung neuer Produkte sowie Schulung des Vertriebes zu den betreuten Produkten
- Produkt-Controlling laufende Überwachung der Umsatz- Deckungsbeitrags-Ergebnisse und Marktanteil-Entwicklung
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Entwicklung oder Produktmanagement in der Automatisierungstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement bzw. technischen Marketing
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen
- Kreativität Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Koordinations- und Organisationsgeschick
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
