Our client is a leading organisation in Thailand operating a large-scale enterprise technology environment delivering complex cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Role Overview
This is a senior hybrid BA/PM role for an experienced practitioner who can combine deep analytical capability with strong project leadership. You will partner with executive stakeholders business owners and technical teams to define solutions manage delivery mitigate risks and ensure projects deliver real measurable value. The role requires strategic thinking hands-on delivery ownership and the confidence to lead complex multi-stream programmes from initiation through closure.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex cross-functional initiatives
- Translate strategic goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Validate solutions against business goals and ensure value realisation
Project Management
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for high-impact initiatives
- Define and control project scope schedule budget and resources
- Develop integrated project plans and manage interdependencies across teams
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks and issues
- Manage change control and ensure alignment with governance frameworks
- Drive delivery accountability across internal teams and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Business Analysis Project Management or hybrid BA/PM roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-stream projects
- Deep understanding of SDLC Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent leadership facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
