Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Support the team in managing complex client situations.
Financial Oversight

Manage cluster profitability and financial performance.

Ensure budget adherence and effective resource allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Qualifications
Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales marketing e-commerce account management or related roles.
Skills

Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.

Good understanding of the e-commerce landscape (Shopee Lazada TikTok).

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
