Job Overview

Looking to move beyond transactional sales and build long-term high-value client relationships

This role is designed for sales professionals who want to act as trusted advisors not just closers. Youll work with a global technology leader supporting SMBs agencies and C-level stakeholders in a cloud-driven environment identifying opportunities solving business challenges and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts using a consultative sales approach
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with decision-makers (including C-level) to understand business needs
  • Recommend and position cloud-based solutions aligned with customer objectives
  • Handle objections negotiate effectively and close high-quality deals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experience

  • Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (prospecting closing cycle exposure)
  • Strong ability to negotiate influence and build relationships

  • Experience engaging with business clients or decision-makers

  • Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based technologies

  • German (B2/C1) and English (B2) communication skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków (mandatory)
