We have an opportunity for anAccount Managerto join ourHospitality team.
As anAccount Manager you will redefine how the hospitality vertical handles customer renewals and provides in-life support to clients. From the point ofinitialsale through renewal you will connect with clients understand their feedback and needs and support them through renewals. Engaging the services of the sales operations team for technical support as needed you will actively own an evolving list of clients and ensure success in renewals help drive engagement with the product and reduce overall churn. In this role you will:
- Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with assigned client accounts andassistwithonboarding of newly sold clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns and escalations.
- Complete renewals including updates to relevant agreements and ensuretimelybilling ofclients. Support Accounts Receivable in reaching out to delinquent accounts in line with setpolicies.
- Understand clients primaryobjectivesfor the product providingfeedbackand materials(where applicable) necessary to help achieve thoseobjectives.
- Consolidateclient feedbackobjectives and other relevant information for use by colleagues inthe Hospitality Account Management team and across the broader organization to aid in theevolution of products and services offered in the hospitality vertical.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as hospitality sales sales enablement and content) to helpaddress andfacilitateclient requests.
- Implement up-sell or cross-sell options as outlined by the company working to set targets.
- Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues tomaintainhigh levelsof retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to supportyou and the broader Hospitality Account Management team in your efforts
- Utilize relevant sales tools including CRM to ensureaccuratedata pipelines and renewal andfinancial information.
- Other duties as assigned.
You are a great fit if you:
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of B2B sales oraccount managementexperiencein Hospitality industry
- Haveadvanced verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong asset
- Bring fresh ideas whether through smarter technical solutions new strategies or value-added approaches
- Have ahunter mindsetidentifyingopportunities by understanding client budgets timing and seasonal trends

The base salary for this role ranges from $50000 to $60000 with the potential for a bonus tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
