Job Summary

- Crane Operator
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for operating an overhead crane to lift move position and reposition materials.
    Load and unload trailers and/or railroad cars.
  2. Log and report inventory location changes according to the specified procedure into the inventory computer system and/or by paperwork.
  3. Log and tag inventory received according to the specified procedure.
  4. Assemble customer orders according to work orders.
  Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the steel/metal processing manufacturing and pipe yard industry (preferred).
  2. Overhead Crane Operator experience required (over 20 tons required over 45 tons a bonus)
  3. Safety sensitive; Maintain compliance with all safety requirements policies and procedures.

  4. Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality. Reliable transportation to and from work.
  5. Ability to work overtime and weekends as assigned.
  6. Solid level of experience in remote overhead crane operations be physically able to work at a fast pace while maintaining an eye for detail and have a proven track record of employment history.
  7. Pipe Yard environment - must be able to work in all-weather elements.
  8. Must be able to lift to 55lbs.
  9. 5 AM to 6 PM (8-12-hour shift) Must be open to working weekends.
