ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Financial Reporting Architect and Admin to join our Strategic Financial Operations and Finance Data Systems this critical role you will own and drive financial reporting for Finance and Accounting from requirements gathering and design to hands-on development and iterative delivery of mission-critical financial reporting solutions. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial needs into robust scalable and automated reporting capabilities that directly fuel Andurils rapid growth and strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead and own financial reporting solutions within Finance and Accounting from eliciting detailed requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders to hands on design development and deployment of robust reporting capabilities
• Architect and build complex financial reporting ensuring data integrity accuracy and efficiency and serving as a reporting subject matter expert for Oracle ERP Fusion Oracle EPM Workiva and other platforms
• Own design and administer Finance master data management (MDM) processes and structures across core financial systems partnering with Corporate Technology and ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of critical financial dimensions for reporting
• Integrate disparate financial data sources into a cohesive reliable and auditable Finance and Accounting reporting ecosystem
• Proactively identify champion and deliver opportunities for process automation and reporting enhancements continuously applying engineering best practices (version control auditability scalability comprehensive testing) to all deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Corporate Technology to create reporting solutions that scale with the business
• Act as the primary technical reporting advisor and liaison for Finance and Accounting stakeholders translating complex financial requirements into technical reporting specifications and communicating technical solutions and implications in business-friendly terms
• Ensure all financial reporting solutions are compliant with relevant regulations and internal control frameworks by implementing rigorous validation reconciliation and audit trails

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of extensive hands-on experience owning and leading finance and accounting systems reporting with a proven track record of personally designing building and implementing reporting solutions from concept to production in a high-growth technically advanced organization
• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and take full end-to-end ownership of an entire functional domain leading complex projects from strategic conceptualization through hands-on delivery and ongoing maintenance as a sole contributor
• Expert-level hands-on proficiency in reporting design and development within Oracle (Fusion ERP EPM Planning) Palantir Foundry and other platforms including deep understanding of their data models APIs and scripting capabilities
• Mastery of SQL for complex data modeling advanced querying data manipulation and performance optimization across diverse database environments
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Proven experience in Finance Master Data Management (MDM) including data modeling data governance and data quality initiatives particularly within Oracle ERP (Fusion) and Oracle EPM environments
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to dissect highly ambiguous and complex financial challenges into clear actionable technical reporting solutions and then personally build and implement them
• A strong aptitude for applying engineering best practices such as robust version control modular design continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles automation and comprehensive testing frameworks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders present technical solutions and influence adoption across the organization
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
