Job Summary
Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Cleveland OH
Schedule: Full-Time Overtime
Shifts Available:
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (5 days/week includes weekends)
- 8:00 PM 4:00 AM (5 days/week includes weekends)

What Youll Be Doing
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components (up to 480V)
- Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks
- Monitor adjust and maintain equipment to ensure consistent production
- Assist with fabrication repair and installation of machine components
- Follow safety cleanliness and documentation standards at all times
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy experience a plus)
- Experience with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with VFDs pumps and valves is a plus
- Willingness to work overtime weekends and respond to urgent maintenance needs
- Comfortable working in wet physically demanding environments
