Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow business across Southern Florida. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and excels at building strong client relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities managing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to outreach strong market awareness and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets (monthly quarterly annual)
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth
- Conduct outreach through cold calls site visits sales tours and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Identify opportunities through market and competitor insights
- Partner with internal teams to support deal progression and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records and ensure consistent follow-up
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to independently generate and close new business
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Valid drivers license required
- Spanish fluency is a plus
