Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales and profit targets (monthly quarterly annual)
Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth
Conduct outreach through cold calls site visits sales tours and networking
Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Identify opportunities through market and competitor insights
Partner with internal teams to support deal progression and customer satisfaction
Maintain organized records and ensure consistent follow-up
Requirements
5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
Proven ability to independently generate and close new business
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
Valid drivers license required
Spanish fluency is a plus
