Grocery Store Manager Responsibilities

Lead store operations profitability and customer satisfaction
Manage staff of 8090 including Assistant Managers and department leads
Coach team members and assign daily tasks
Oversee inventory scheduling and customer service
Track KPIs and address performance concerns
Implement merchandising and marketing plans
Troubleshoot system issues and support cashiers
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Align store culture with company values
Build strong relationships with staff vendors and corporate teams

Grocery Store Manager Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail store manager or supervisor required
Experience managing perishable food products required
Experience leading or managing teams of 30 employees required
