Location: Detroit Michigan. Hybrid schedule offering a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.
Note: Must be licensed to immediately practice law in Michigan and have 3 years of litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
- Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery and other key litigation documents
- Support case strategy legal research factual development and day-to-day matter management
- Participate in depositions hearings mediations and other litigation-related proceedings
- Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful business-focused legal guidance
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex workplace disputes and risk-sensitive employment issues
- Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced team-oriented practice
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Active Michigan bar admission required
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing research and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
