Pay: $205000.00 - $275000.00 per year

Location: Atlanta Georgia. Hybrid schedule with a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.

Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have 3 years of strong litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description

• Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
• Draft motions briefs pleadings discovery and other key litigation documents
• Support case strategy factual development legal research and overall matter management
• Participate in depositions hearings mediations and other litigation-related proceedings
• Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful business-focused legal guidance
• Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters
• Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced high-level practice

Qualifications

• 3 years of strong litigation experience
• Active Georgia bar admission required
• Labor and employment law experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing research and analytical skills
• Strong client communication and professional judgment
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative high-performance legal environment
