Location: Atlanta Georgia. Hybrid schedule with a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.
Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have 3 years of strong litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
- Draft motions briefs pleadings discovery and other key litigation documents
- Support case strategy factual development legal research and overall matter management
- Participate in depositions hearings mediations and other litigation-related proceedings
- Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful business-focused legal guidance
- Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters
- Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced high-level practice
Qualifications
- 3 years of strong litigation experience
- Active Georgia bar admission required
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing research and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and professional judgment
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative high-performance legal environment
