Location: This role can sit in either Carson City or Las Vegas Nevada. We are open to hybrid flexibility over time with on-site training and supervision at the outset.

Job Description
- Represent clients in workers compensation industrial insurance OSHA subrogation subsequent injury and related matters
- Appear in court at hearings and before administrative or government agencies
- Draft pleadings motions legal correspondence and other case-related documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes regulations and case law
- Develop case strategy with senior attorneys and help drive files forward efficiently
- Maintain organized up-to-date case files using case management software
- Communicate with clients clearly and build strong long-term relationships
- Manage deadlines billing expectations and multiple active matters in a fast-paced practice
Qualifications
- J.D. and active Nevada Bar license in good standing
- 0 to 4 years of attorney experience is ideal
- Strong writing research analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented dependable and able to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Litigation workers compensation insurance defense or administrative law exposure is a plus
- Experience with legal billing and case management software is helpful
