Location: This is an on-site role based in the Tampa Florida area with travel to project sites as needed.Note: Must have 4 years of experience independently running commercial construction projects including contract negotiation financial management scheduling and estimating. • Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead project planning budgeting scheduling estimating and overall execution
• Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Monitor project financials and keep projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate with internal teams architects engineers consultants and field personnel
• Review drawings scopes schedules and project documentation to keep work moving efficiently
• Conduct site visits track progress and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety standards building codes and quality expectations
• Support a high-accountability solutions-oriented project environment

Qualifications

• 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience independently running projects with responsibility for contracts budgets scheduling and estimating
• Strong financial management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track
• Proficiency with construction project management tools such as Procore and MS Project is strongly preferred
• Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Comfortable traveling to project sites as needed
