Position Overview
The Call Center Representative handles inbound and outbound customer interactions providing support resolving inquiries and ensuring a professional and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups surveys or outreach
- Provide accurate information about products services or promotions
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
- Follow communication scripts procedures and service standards
