Local CDL-A Driver

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated position out of Harrisonville MO operating within the Kansas City metropolitan area. This is a home daily night shift position with consistent freight and steady weekly pay.

Position Details:

• Location: Harrisonville MO (ZIP 64701)
• Hiring Area: Must live within 50 miles
• Operating Area: Kansas City metro area
• Position Type: Local / Dedicated
• Equipment: Dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Freight: No-touch

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1100$1200
• Weekly Mileage: miles

Pay Structure (based on experience):

• Starting around $0.49 CPM and increases with experience
• Up to approximately $0.60 CPM for more experienced drivers

Additional Pay:

• $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Stop Pay:
• • $10 for first stop
  • $15 for each additional stop
• Live load live unload and drop and hook freight
• No unload pay

Bonus:

• Performance bonus available (must meet safety requirements to qualify)

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Daily
• Shift: Night shift only (overnight position)
• Weekend Work: Required
• Holiday Work: Required (all major holidays)

Job Duties:

• Deliver dry and refrigerated grocery freight
• Operate within a busy metro area
• Handle a mix of live loads live unloads backhauls and drop and hook
• Maintain consistent communication and schedule adherence

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience required
• Valid CDL-A license
• No endorsements required
• Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays

• Expect some wait times during live load/unload
• Overnight schedule is required for this position
