What You Bring to the Table:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven NetSuite experience and at least 35 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferably in retail multi-location or high-volume environments. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records supporting month-end processes and ensuring reliable financial data using NetSuite as the core ERP system in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions in NetSuite including accounts payable accounts receivable cash receipts and general ledger entries
• Perform bank reconciliations credit card reconciliations and inter-company transactions across multiple retail locations
• Prepare and post journal entries accruals and adjustments to ensure accurate period-end financials
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations
• Generate and analyze financial reports and dashboards directly from NetSuite to support management and operational decision-making
• Maintain fixed asset records process depreciation entries and support inventory-related accounting in coordination with retail operations
