Job Summary
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Joliet IL. This is a high-paying hands-on position with consistent freight and weekly home time.
Position Details:
- Location: Joliet IL
- Job Type: Regional Dedicated
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset weekends not guaranteed)
- Freight: Dry van (Dollar Tree)
- Delivery Area: IL WI IN MI
Pay & Compensation:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1500$1700
- Based on:miles 3 loads/week
- CPM (based on experience):
- 011 months: $0.82
- 1223 months: $0.83
- 2435 months: $0.84
- 36 months: $0.85
- Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Backhaul Pay: $70
Sign-On Bonus: $1000
- $500 after first load
- $500 after 30 days
Freight Details:
- 100% driver unload (box-by-box using rollers)
- Multi-stop deliveries to Dollar Tree stores
- Physically active role
Schedule:
- Home weekly for 34-hour reset
- Must be available SundaySaturday
- Schedule varies based on delivery needs
Equipment:
- Assigned truck after orientation
- International & Freightliner tractors
Training:
- 2 training days with experienced driver
- $150 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be able to handle physical unloading
- Must be comfortable with:
- Flexible schedules
- Tight delivery locations
- Customer-facing deliveries
Important Notes:
- NO truck take-home
- Must park at terminal or DC (no home parking allowed)
- Must bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation
