Job Summary
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of West Memphis AR serving the Fort Smith area. This position offers consistent freight weekly home time and strong earning potential.
Position Details:
- Location: Fort Smith AR / West Memphis AR
- Job Type: Regional Dedicated Account
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
- Hiring Area: Within 100 miles of West Memphis AR
Pay & Compensation:
- Average: $1380 per week ($71760/year)
- Top 10%: $1700 per week ($88400/year)
- CPM based on experience:
- 01 year: $0.505 CPM
- Top range: up to $0.605 CPM
- $150 per load (avg. 3 loads/week)
- Mileage pay stop pay
- Mentor pay: $200/day (5 days)
Miles & Freight:
- Average: 1500 miles per week
- 3 loads per week
- 3 stops per load
- Dry freight
Delivery Area:
- Texas Tennessee Arkansas Louisiana Mississippi
Job Duties:
- Deliver freight to retail store locations
- Hand unload trailers using rollers
- Pick up no-touch backhaul loads to distribution center
- Active physical role
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- 53 dry van trailers
Orientation:
- Orientation held in Dallas TX
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT and safety requirements
- Must be able to handle physical unloading
