Job Summary

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa TX serving the Deming NM area. This is a consistent active role with strong weekly pay and reliable home time.

Position Details:

Location: Deming NM / Odessa TX
Job Type: Regional Dedicated Account
Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
Schedule: Varies based on freight

Pay & Compensation:

Average: $1500 per week
CPM load pay structure
Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay
Paid for every unload

Miles & Freight:

Average: 2000 miles per week
23 loads per week
26 stops per load
Dry freight

Delivery Area:

Eastern Texas
New Mexico
Arizona
Southern Nevada
Southern Utah
Southern Colorado

Job Duties:

Deliver freight to retail store locations
Hand unload trailers using gravity rollers
Multi-stop deliveries
Active physical role

Equipment:

Automatic sleeper trucks
53 dry van trailers
Trucks can be taken home (must be parked in secure approved location)

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT and safety requirements
Must be able to handle physical unloading
