Job Summary
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional fleet. This is a high-paying hands-on position with consistent freight and weekly home time ideal for drivers who like to stay active.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Regional Dedicated Account
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
- Start Time: Around 6:00 AM
- Schedule: Varies based on freight
- Activity Level: High (driver unload)
Pay & Compensation:
- Average: $1759 per week ($91000/year)
- Top 10%: $2274 per week ($118000/year)
- $320 per load (avg. 12 loads/week)
- CPM based on experience:
- Starting at $0.62 CPM
- Up to $0.68 CPM
- Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay
Miles & Freight:
- Average: miles per week
- 12 loads per week
- 23 stops per load
- Dry freight
Delivery Area:
- Nevada
- California
- Arizona
- Montana
- New Mexico
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Wyoming
Job Duties:
- Deliver freight to retail store locations
- Hand unload trailers using rollers
- Climb in and out of trailer during deliveries
- Multi-stop routes
- Occasional backhauls to distribution center
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- 53 dry van trailers
- Newer top-of-the-line equipment
Terminal Location:
- St. George UT
Hiring Areas:

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT and safety requirements
- Must be able to handle physical unloading
