Quality Manager (Regulated Manufacturing/Industrial and CNC exp req) Description

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to add to their team in Ormond Beach FL. You will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining the companys quality management system (QMS) with a strong focus on leading AS9100 compliance and internal audits. Leveraging your experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments ideally within CNC machining or similar production settings you will lead a team of experienced quality engineers and specialists while maintaining oversight of high-volume production processes. This role is well-suited for candidates with prior leadership experience or those ready to step into their first formal management position. Lead the quality team and own team outcomes
Implement manage and refine the QMS through team collaboration
Develop and manage systems for tracking and reporting nonconformances
Create and implement internal audits and audit strategy
Drive continuous improvement in quality cost and output
Maintain productive relationships with supervisor and peers

5 years of quality management experience required
Desire and aptitude to manage and lead others required
2 years experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment required
CNC experience required
CAPAs non-conformances and audit experience required
