Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Santa Monica CA office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience in California. Lemon Law experience is a huge plus.

Job Description
- Represent clients in lemon law and civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings motions discovery and legal correspondence
- Handle court appearances hearings and depositions
- Work closely with clients and team members to develop case strategies
- Manage caseload efficiently with reasonable billable hour requirements
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff in a supportive environment
Qualifications
- J.D. and active California Bar license required
- Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury or lemon law highly transferable)
- Experience in hearings and/or defending depositions strongly preferred
- Strong legal writing advocacy and case management skills
- Not open to relocation candidates must already be in California
