Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Santa Monica CA office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience in California. Lemon Law experience is a huge plus.

Job Description

• Represent clients in lemon law and civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and legal correspondence
• Handle court appearances hearings and depositions
• Work closely with clients and team members to develop case strategies
• Manage caseload efficiently with reasonable billable hour requirements
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar license required
• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury or lemon law highly transferable)
• Experience in hearings and/or defending depositions strongly preferred
• Strong legal writing advocacy and case management skills
• Not open to relocation candidates must already be in California
