Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from case development through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and legal memoranda.
- Lead discovery efforts including depositions and document review.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation-related matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions and managing discovery.
- Strong legal research writing and advocacy skills.
Compensation
Salary range: $135000 $165000 depending on experience.
