Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Fannie Mae mortgage-related products and this role you will execute targeted outbound call campaigns to existing Fannie Mae clients to promote position and drive adoption of our mortgage-related products technology solutions and services.

The Client Engagement Associate Mortgage Outbound Sales role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to promote and drive adoption of Fannie Maes mortgage-related products and services.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing clients including lenders servicers and housing partners.

• Proactively engage lender prospects to communicate product value and create opportunities for internal followup and execution.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.

• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets including call volume conversion rate and engagement KPIs.

This role is located in Plano and requires 4-5 days in the office each week.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2 years of experience in an outbound or inbound call center client engagement or related roles supporting mortgage.

• Strong understanding of the mortgage ecosystem including lenders servicers and secondary market operations.

• Demonstrated success in consultative selling lead generation and driving product adoption.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.

• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Pipedrive HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
