This isnt a desk-only role. You will lead a specialized team of 2-5 experts while staying hands-on with high-profile forensic investigations and building rehabilitation projects. Best of all You wont just be an employee; youll be a 100% equal owner.

The Role
- Operational Leadership: Manage a small elite technical team overseeing utilization revenue goals and P&L for the DFW business unit.
- Technical Excellence: Act as the Project Manager on complex Existing Building investigationsfocusing on repair rehabilitation and modernization (not ground-up construction).
- Mentorship: Facilitate growth for your direct reports conducting monthly 1-on-1s and elevating the teams technical delivery.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Market Development to provide technical input on proposals and maintain high-touch client relationships.
What Youll Bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: 8 years in Engineering Architecture or Construction Management (Design Construction or Forensics).
- Leadership: 2 years of business unit leadership including staff management and revenue responsibility.
- Licensure: PE or AIA license is highly desired.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of building structures and the ability to interpret complex drawings.
