Dark Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading cannabis brand in Arcata to hire Flower Packagers for a hands-on production role. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Summary

Packagers support the preparation and packaging of cannabis products ensuring quality consistency and compliance. This role works closely with the production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Package cannabis products according to company standards

• Sort packaging materials label products and complete finishing touches

• Follow production processes and instructions from the production lead

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in the production area

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Production or packaging experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Flexible and willing to assist with various production tasks

• Must be 21 years old

• Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
