Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Blue Springs MO - need to cover Easter Jackson and Lafayette counties
Salary: $93600 - $102960 annually ($60 - $66 per unit)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services. This role focuses on evaluating patients and developing personalized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility relieve pain increase strength and help patients recover from injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Implement therapy programs designed to improve mobility strength and function
• Help patients manage pain and improve overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systems
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
  
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with patients in settings such as:
  Home health
• Skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
• Rehabilitation centers or hospitals
• Acute care or medical-surgical units
  
• Outpatient therapy clinics
