Job Summary
Electronic Test Lab Tech needs 3 years of experience working in electronics testing laboratory
Electronic Test Lab Tech requires:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering chemical engineering or an engineering field with an emphasis on electronics packaging and thermal management.
- Basic knowledge of electronics assembly thermal management and thermal interface materials
- Ability to gather understand and interpret mechanical thermal and chemical test data.
- Understanding of mathematical and statistical methods relevant to thermal performance testing
- Solid interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Power Point Word & Excel. Familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software is
Electronic Test Lab Tech duties:
- Executes engineering test requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to site safety practices
- Operate various lab equipment including robotic liquid dispensing equipment thermal performance testing systems Pick&Place machines microscopes and mechanical property testers.
- Draft technical testing reports using digital documentation tools.
- Performs internal and external lab demonstrations and training.
