The Role
Our client is seeking a high-energy industry-savvy Account Executive to join their growing team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who doesnt just know how to close deals but truly understands the boots on the ground reality of the construction and manufacturing sectors.
You will manage a high-volume sales pipeline navigating cycles that range from rapid-fire weeks to strategic two-month closes. We are looking for a consultative partner who can speak the language of general contractors and plant managers while effectively selling cutting-edge tech solutions.
What Youll Do
- Own the Cycle: Manage the full sales journey from qualified discovery through to the final handshake.
- Demonstrate Value: Conduct high-impact product demos and tailor proposals for mid-market decision-makers.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with SDR and marketing teams to turn warm leads into closed-won opportunities.
- Be a Consultant: Deeply understand client pain points in heavy industry and map them to Augrades innovative solutions.
- Expand: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post-sale to drive account growth.
- Represent: Act as the face of the company at local and regional trade shows and industry events.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within construction or manufacturing.
- A Grinder: You thrive in high-volume outbound-heavy environments and arent afraid to pick up the phone.
- Technically Minded: You have experience selling tech into healthcare residential or data center construction projects.
- Mobile: You are comfortable working in a hybrid San Francisco setup and traveling for client meetings and events.
- Bonus Points: You have a background as a construction worker or general contractor before moving into sales. You know the industry because youve lived it.
