Lattitude has an immediate full-time opening for our Sales Associate team in Frisco TX supporting the continued expansion of smart home and integrated security services. This role serves as a strong foundation for individuals interested in long-term growth from within in sales and leadership. As a Sales Associate you will build practical skills in customer communication smart home ROI and performance tracking. Using established sales systems and outreach strategies our Sales Associates develop a professional framework designed to support advancement into senior sales consulting or leadership roles within the home technology and security industry. We Are Looking For A Sales Associate To:

• Speak with customers to explain home automation programs and assess system eligibility.
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database.
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience with their tech transition.
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying system installation details.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally regarding smart devices mobile app integration and monitoring services.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security and automation bundles.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth high-tech customer experience.

We Are Looking For A Sales Associate With The Following:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 years experience in a customer service sales consumer tech telecommunications or outreach role preferred (but not required).
• Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• Attention to detail strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities.
