Pay: $120000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Job Description

• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings motions and briefs
• Draft and manage written discovery and oversee document production
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development
• Participate in mediations settlement discussions and client communications
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with increasing responsibility

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 1 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Interest or experience in trust and probate litigation is a plus
