The Field Service Representative is the first line of contact to the end user for all 3Si products and will be responsible for installing maintaining servicing and training customers on our products in financial branches retail stores and ATM cash machines. This role requires interacting with our customers which includes employees in financial branches retail stores third party vendors and corporate security managers. This role will cover all service-related activities in Massachusetts Maine and New Hampshire.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Strong time management skills
• Able to effectively manage inventory
• Customer service/support skills a must

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relative experience working in a field service role
• Experience working with digital CCTV systems: IP cameras Network Video Recorders IP networks is a plus
• Valid drivers license and driving record that satisfies 3Sis safety requirements
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening

Additional Comments

• The position will be based in Boston MA
• Standard workdays for this role are Monday through Friday
• 40% of travel which includes both local and overnight
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders of various heights.

Salary range: $60000$65000 annually
