• Provide quality installation services by following established installation processes
• Ability to hang 5 and 6 aluminum gutters and all aspects of gutter and gutter protection installations
• Travel in assigned territory to complete installations at customer location.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products policies and services of the organization
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Good work attendance and punctuality

• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in gutter installation REQUIRED
• Knowledge of installation techniques and construction
• Ability to stand or bend for prolonged time periods and exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• No fear of heights ascending/descending ladders up to 40 or standing and walking on a roof.
• Must hold valid drivers license and be able to safely operate a box truck
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test including for marijuana.
• Dedication to customer needs good housekeeping on job site and solving problems to attain complete customer satisfaction
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work on a team
