Overview
The Global PresalesDemo teamis responsible forcreationand maintenance ofbest in classdemonstration packages for AVEVAs full productportfolio. Owning a library of vision setting demonstrations whilst also supporting the regional sales teams to tailor these demonstrations to customer opportunities. Empowering the global sales teams with assets that are driven by business value and supported by industry data and customer use cases.
Through the development ofthesehigh-valuedemonstration deliverables this role will help AVEVAs Presales team (SolutionConsultantsBusinessValue Consultants andEnterpriseArchitects) and others maximize theAVEVAValue Based Sales approach through the alignment of content with buyer expectations prioritiesand preferences.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Build deep hands-onexpertiseacrossAVEVA Unified Engineering andProcessSimulation enabling you to implement configure test deploymaintain and customize high-quality demonstration environments.
Developend-to-end engineering workflowsin demo scenarios coveringmultipledisciplines such as processmechanicalelectrical and instrumentation enhanced with simulation-driven use cases.
Design and deliversimulation-led scenarios including what-if analysisprocess designoptimization to clearlydemonstratebusiness value.
Work closely with the Global Technical Excellence Leader and portfolio experts tointegrate&designdemo storylines aligning engineering design and simulation capabilities with industry use cases.
Lead contribute to and coordinate multiple concurrent demo-building initiativesleveragingthe global presales community wherever possible.
Review refine and enhance demonstrations created by other teams to ensure all outputs are templatized consistent high-quality and aligned to target audiences and markets.
Operateindependently based on high-level work descriptions prioritizing activities based on schedule and deadlines.
Deploy and implement the latest demonstrations within AVEVA Customer ExperienceCenters(CECs)globally andenable local teams to confidentlymaintainand deliver those demos.
Flexibility to travel to AVEVA events to deploy configure andvalidatesoftware environments ensuring demonstrations are fully prepared stable and ready for live event delivery.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Strong understanding ofengineering design workflows using AVEVA Unified Engineering (UE)or solutions like Aspen Basic EngineeringCOMOS FEED including disciplines such asProcesselectrical and instrumentation.
Hands-on experience witha commercial process simulator(AVEVAAspen Tech HoneywellChemCAD etc.)
510 years of experience inprocessengineeringwithexposure toFront End Engineering Designin the Hydrocarbon or Chemical industry.
Ability to design anddemonstrateintegrated workflows across engineering domains.
Experience in buildingrealistic use cases combining engineering data with simulation outputsto support decision-making.
Understanding ofend-to-end lifecycle workflows (FEED Design Operations)and the role of engineering and simulation in driving business outcomes.
Ability tooperateeffectively within a matrixed global organization collaborating across countries and time zones.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
Broad application and technology knowledge with the ability to integrate into project teams and act as a trusted subject-matter expert.
Capable of producing concise clear and high-quality documentation in support of demos and enablement.
Demonstratedability to contribute as an expert in both internal and external engagements.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes effectively.
Skilled in providing constructive feedback and delivering training and enablement.
Flexible self-driven and able to consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal guidance.
