WHAT ARE THE HOURS
This is a full-time position based at our Pasadena CA campus.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL
As our Nail Technician Instructor youll guide students through hands-on lessons in manicures pedicures gel acrylic nail design nail care theory and professional development while bringing the Paul Mitchell culture to life each day. Youll support Future Professionals in the Clinic Classroom coach them on technical skills and salon success from consultations to retailing and model the professionalism and positivity theyll carry into their careers.
IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Current California Manicurist license
- 3 years full-time experience as a Nail Technician
- Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
- Strong supervision teamwork documentation and ROI skills
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty and barbering industries
- Honesty and professionalism
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred.
