Youll step into a field-based clinical role focused on Start of Care assessments resumptions discharges and follow-up skilled nursing visits. You build your own schedule within the Medicare week with leadership that supports younot micromanages you.

You are a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida
You have recent Home Health and OASIS experience
Youre comfortable with Start of Care and discharge documentation
You manage your time well and complete charting within 48 hours
You value flexibility but take accountability seriously
Experienced RNs preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$120 per Start of Care (2 units)
$75$80 per resumption/discharge
$50 per follow-up visit
Medical insurance stipend (up to 50%)
3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)
7 paid holidays
