Dublin Dental Team is a fun cheerful upbeat practice with a loyal patient following. Were hiring Part-Time (Monday Thursday and Friday with Full Time potiential)because our patients keep showing up (and we like keeping our team happy too).

The schedule (with built-in sanity)
Office/Patient Hours

Mon: 9:00am6:00pm
Tues/Weds/Thurs: 8:00am5:00pm
Fri: 8:00am12:00pm

Arrival time: typically 30 minutes prior to the first patient so you can set up without stress.

Base compensation $45-55/hr based on experience

Dedicated ultrasonic scaler in each hygiene room
Instrument sharpening/retipping rotation (your wrists will thank you)
Enamel regeneration protocol for treating incipient decay

Both doctors are Ohio State grads (so yes theres Buckeye energy in the building).
Dr. Michael Nemcik
Committed to providing excellence in all phases of dentistry. He regularly attends continuing education courses and dental study groups and is a member of the American Dental Society Ohio Dental Association and the Columbus Dental Society.
Dr. Gregory Beers
Known for honest transparent and trustworthy care. His goal is to give patients confidence in their smiles and hes a strong advocate for patients achieving complete dental health.

What youll do (the good stuff)

Preventive care perio maintenance SRP as needed
Digital X-rays assessments perio charting documentation
Patient education thats clear kind and actually sticks
Collaborative care planning and smooth handoffs with the doctor

Support growth (because youre not on an island)

Monthly hygienist meetings (share wins swap tips improve systems laugh about the floss lecture together)
Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care not chasing supplies like its a reality show challenge
CE credits provided by our partners to keep you learning leveling up and feeling confident in your craft

Youll be a great fit if you have

Current Ohio RDH license
CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Comfort with digital systems (well support training where needed)
