• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred although not required
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detail-oriented highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs or more with a cart
