Job Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising field crews while ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and to Premier Services high-quality standards. This role serves as a key link between crew members and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in daily operations
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards
• Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment (mowers trimmers blowers etc.)
• Drive company vehicles and perform daily inspections
• Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure efficient job completion
• Accurately track and submit crew timesheets for weekly payroll
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance lawn care or horticulture
• Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Frequent bending lifting climbing and physical activity
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
