YOUR ROLE AS A SCHEDULER

• Coordinate with the Client Care manager regarding client care and staffing needs.
• Create maintain and update caregiver/client schedules.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills availability and care plans.
• Ensure all client shifts are properly staffed and documented in scheduling system.
• Communicate schedule changes call-offs and coverage needs to staff caregivers and clients.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to address last-minute staffing issues.
• Verify caregiver availability credentials and compliance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients families and staff.
• Assist with after-hours scheduling needs when required.
• Direct client care when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous scheduling or staffing experience preferred ideally in healthcare or home care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes.
• Proficiency with technology MS Office (Word Excel etc.) experience using scheduling software a plus.
• Caregiving experience a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds clear background check CPR TB physical
