Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatric Therapy Department located in Plainfield Indiana. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who is excited to take on a leadership-track position while receiving support and mentorship from an experienced administrative team. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to work with outpatient and ABA learners as a part of our comprehensive therapy program.

Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments interpret results and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Modify treatment plans as needed and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support functional sensory motor and self-help skill development.
• Complete prior authorization reports evaluations progress notes quarterly updates and all documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with BCBAs clinicians families and other providers to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Participate in teaching opportunities student clinical education and interdisciplinary program planning.
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and mandatory training/licensure requirements.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with clients families staff teachers and other providers.
• Consistently demonstrate high integrity and alignment with the companys core values.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT Registration
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana (or license eligible)
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Must be energetic and enjoy working with children
