This role supports patients training to dialyze at home helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease.
What Youll Do
- Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment
- Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses
- Support follow-up care supply tracking and telehealth check-ins
- Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma general education development (GED) credential or equivalent
- Comfortable with blood needles and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Flexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays)
- Willing to train and float across clinics as needed
- Preferred: CNA MA CHT or healthcare experience
