Responsibilities:

(Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following):

• Lead a team of analysts who evaluate if mortgage loan documentation was accurate at the time of closing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including quality control credit risk operations investors and agencies.
• Ensure quality control reverification processes procedures and capabilities meet requirements.
• Create monthly reporting detailing team productivity and results.
• Monitor team pipeline to ensure successful completion of loan reviews within required timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous team leadership experience
• 5 years of related business experience
• Detail-oriented team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to work extended hours if needed (evenings and weekends)
• Must report in office

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of mortgage experience
• ACES knowledge strongly preferred
• Loan review experience (quality control reverification post-closing)
