Adult Psychologist – Behavioral Health

Summary

Find purpose and impact on CentraCares Adult Behavioral Health team where youll provide outpatient diagnostic assessment psychological testing and psychotherapy services to adults and their families. This role supports patients experiencing anxiety depression pain stress trauma and other behavioral health conditions within a collaborative specialty-based care environment that values compassionate evidence-based treatment.

In this position providers have the opportunity to shape their practice based on clinical interests including neuropsychological testing group therapy consultation with partial hospitalization programs or collaboration with inpatient mental health serviceswhile working alongside a strong interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

Schedule

• Full-time Onsite CentraCare Midsota St. Cloud MN (with some remote flexibility)

• MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.

  • No nights weekends holidays or call

  • Hybrid work option with a mix of onsite and remote care

Psychologist Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$94394.25 - $141580.42 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Psychologist

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Minimum of one-year experience is required.
• Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
• Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).

Psychotherapist

• Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.

• State of Minnesota licensure required need to have one of the following:

• The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of one-year experience required.

• Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.

CentraCares Adult Behavioral Health program offers a collaborative multidisciplinary practice environment that includes psychologists psychotherapists psychiatrists and integrated behavioral health providers.
